Terms and Conditions
Acquagym will endeavour to ship all products purchased in excellent condition.
We will honour all genuine faulty returns with our Returns Policy (see below) and we reserve the right to determine if the product became faulty due to misuse or not following the instructions provided.
All Returns operate on a 2 week Return to Base policy. This means that if the customer requires a replacement, they must return the product to us via our postal address, by DHL or FEDEX (with the tracking number) and we will issue a replacement. Acquagym will replace free of charge, any product returned to us that is found to be due to faulty manufacture. Please note that in this case the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs.
Acquagym will NEVER issue a cash refund.
I don't have a credit card. How do I order?
We accept money orders and bank wire transfer for orders. Simply contact our staff and we will be glad to help you find the best way to buy our products.
